We carry out energy audits to support implementation of energy efficiency improvement projects in different sectors in India and across the globe. The key sectors are industrial , commercial or others.

Industrial includes mainly Alcohol and distillery, Auto ancillaries, Breweries, Bio-chemicals, Cement, Chemicals, Edible Oil, Fertilizer, Food Processing, Glass and Ceramics, Paper, Pharmaceutical, Power Plants Refinery, Sugar, Iron & Steel, Tea Estates, Textile.

And commercial buildings includes government offices, hospitals, residential buildings, Airports, Hotels, telecom towers.

DESL has carried out over 350 energy and water conservation diagnostic assessment studies covering industries, buildings and municipal services.

Performance Contracting

We offer technical consulting services to clients under different models, which are tailored to deliver energy performance to the facility.

We conduct an energy audit and assist the clients with energy implementation. It can be done on the basis of fixed payments or by including penalties or bonuses as per the savings.

We offer various services under the PAT scheme :

Green Buildings

We provide energy modelling, design and verification for energy efficient buildings. DESL also provides Building Commissioning services; particularly for facilities seeking LEED certification.

Tri generation

We have provided feasibility and engineering services for natural gas based tri generation projects as most efficient integrated supply and demand management project. One 330 kW project is already operational. Feasibility studies were carried out for a large building complex in Gujarat and for a commercial business district in New Delhi.
